We have (2) Mitsubishi wire EDM machines, and (1) Fanuc: Robocut 0iD in our department.  Our FX20K, MD+PRO II, and Robocut 0iD are submerged tank, automatic fed machines that allow us to setup long burns and run overnight.  By utilizing the latest ESPRIT programming software and fixturing we are able to hold tolerances to +/-.0001".
